The Transformation Communications Specialist assists the Director of Communications and Training in strategic planning and execution of all Transformation communication initiatives. The position assists in development and execution of all communications plans; designs, develops, and plans Transformation messaging; as well as authoring key Transformation Communications such as all-employee e-mails, presentations, project communications, collateral materials, mailings, and other communication materials, as needed. The Transformation Communications Specialist will provide professional writing support for all project teams (including when intra-team communication is needed), and writing support for entire Transformation Division.

Position Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Journalism or related discipline, supplemented with corporate experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in communications, marketing or a related field. The incumbent must have experience as a seasoned technical writer in corporate environment.
• Mastery of business writing, technical writing, process improvement skills, project management expertise, and proven group facilitation and presentation skills, Ability to establish effective liaisons with other areas of the corporation.
• PC mastery in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and at least one desktop publishing program.
• Superior oral and written communication skills. Skilled presenter.
• Persuasive interpersonal skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and comfortable interfacing with all levels of management.
• Creative/Proactive Thinker who demonstrates initiative.
• Creative problem solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task/ meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel to all sites on a regular basis.

Physical Requirements
• Use of a computer and phone, plus the ability to travel.
