Erin C. Humphrey is the global lead for the Xerox account at Text 100. She is the global lead for Text 100’s Total Client Experience program, the intent of which is to ensure that our clients’ experience with Text 100 always surpasses expectations and is consistent across offices. She is also the office lead for Text 100 Rochester and has experience working with IBM, InfoVista, and Fujifilm.
